Now that the elections are over, news and media should turn back to the hottest topic in all of news...the change from analog to digital. Take a moment to view the attached link and ask yourself if you see a loved one confused by the switch and how much time you will spend between now and the first of the year explaining the process to your loved ones...time is money. I'm afraid I can't offer any solutions to you. Honestly, the process will continue and the questions will be asked no matter how diligently you work with the technology handicapped to explain the process. Happy holidays.
